Five machines in Area 53
Sofcon carried out repair work across five machines in Azərikimya’s Area 53: two 16К40Ф101 lathes, HONMOKSAN, Lagun 3250 CNC and a 2620A horizontal boring machine. Serving turning, milling and boring operations, the mixed fleet brought together different mechanical, electrical and control requirements.
Mechanics, electrical systems and CNC
Work across the fleet covered mechanical and electrical diagnosis, restoration or replacement of worn mechanisms, adjustment of motion assemblies and checks of the controls. The scope also included CNC software restoration and parameter adjustment.
Functional checks after repair
The repairs concluded with trial starts and checks of machine operation.
