Nearly a decade of marine supply cooperation
As of 2026, Sofcon’s cooperation with ASCO spanned nearly a decade. ASCO vessels operate in the Caspian Sea and the world’s oceans. Their technical supply needs cover a broad range of products, from engine components to materials for daily vessel operations.
Spare parts for main and auxiliary engines
Sofcon supplied ASCO with spare parts for MAN, DEUTZ, Wärtsilä, Sulzer and Yanmar main and auxiliary marine engines. This scope supported maintenance requirements across different engine brands, giving ASCO access to these parts through one supply partner.
Electrical equipment, technical and chemical products
Alongside engine spares, Sofcon supplied electrical equipment, technical products and chemicals for vessel systems and daily operations.
Ladders, gangways and other vessel equipment
Products supplied to ASCO also included storm ladders, gangways, gangway safety nets and other vessel equipment. These items addressed equipment needs for vessel access and daily marine operations, complementing the engine parts and technical materials supply.
