SOCAR’s specification dated 23 August 2024 sets sulfur at a maximum of 10 mg/kg and cetane number at a minimum of 51. These are reference limits; a certificate of analysis (CoA) confirms the offered batch.

Spot and recurring supply
We structure the enquiry around volume, delivery frequency, summer or winter grade and the buyer’s acceptance standard. Where EN 590 is required, conformity is checked separately against documentation.

Origin, logistics and handover
Loading point, destination country, transport, Incoterms and inspection arrangements are defined in the proposal. Origin and quality documentation are aligned with the contract.
